Change of Personal Information

You can update your email, street address and phone number directly from the Chime app or website. To change your personal information on the mobile app, go to Settings, tap the edit button which will open the web page where you can make the changes. You can also log into your online account at www.chimebank.com and access the Settings page from the drop down menu in the top right corner.  

Please reach out to support@chimebank.com providing a picture of a valid ID if you run into any issues while attempting to change your account information.
