How to download statements.
We provide all our members with paperless monthly statements in your online account at chimebank.com. You can download or print your monthly statements by clicking the statement tab on the left hand side of your online account. Statements for the previous calendar month are made available to you on the 5th of each month.
If you need statements for a specified time period, please let us know and we will gladly provide them for you!
What if I see an error in my monthly statement?
Spending Account statements are considered to be correct. Carefully review your statements each statement period and notify us of any errors within sixty (60) days of your statement becoming available. You also have a right to obtain a sixty (60) day history your Spending Account transactions by calling us at 1-844-244-6363, sending us an email at email@example.com, or by writing to us at Chime, P.O. Box 611, San Francisco, CA 94104. You will not automatically receive paper statements.
