How do I change or update my personal information?

You can update your email, street address, and phone number directly from the Chime app or the website.

To change your personal information on the mobile app:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap the Edit button.
  3. Make your changes to the web page.

To change your personal information on the Chime website:

  1. Log into your online account at www.chimebank.com.
  2. Go to the top right-hand corner of the page, and in the drop-down menu, select Settings.
  3. Make your changes to the web page.

If you run into any issues while attempting to change your account information, contact: @chime.com or www.chime.com. Make sure that you have a picture of a valid ID to provide to Chime.
